Mission Statement: The Lincoln Primary Care
W.E.L.L. Center mission is to encourage healthy lifestyles, maximize
wellness and improve quality of life through individual prevention,
education, and learning programs.
The W.E.L.L. Center offers a variety of programs and activities
for all age groups to prevent chronic disease and promote healthier
lifestyles through education, physical fitness, support groups and
access to professional support staff.
Exercise Equipment Program: Professional grade
fitness equipment is available for use at a minimal cost of $10.
per month for an individual and $25. per month for a family of
three or more.
Exercise Physiology Services: On site exercise physiologist to
assist in developing an exercise program to meet your individual
needs.
Senior Lunch Program: Provides free lunches Monday
through Friday to seniors age 55 and older. We are currently averaging
60 lunches per day with donations accepted.
