Gregory A. Elkins, MD
Dr. Elkins is a graduate of Marshall University School
of Medicine. He completed his residency at Marshall University
School of Medicine. He is Board Certified by the American
Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American
Academy of Family Physicians and the AMA. Dr. Elkins has
a special interest in Sports Medicine. Presently Dr. Elkins
is the Medial Director at Lincoln Primary Care Center and
serves as a clinical professor at Lincoln Primary Care Center,
Hamlin, WV. |

Robert B. Walker, MD
Dr. Walker is professor and chairman of Family and Community
Health at Marshall University School of Medicine and dean
of Clinical Affairs. He completed his M.D. from the University
of Florida College of Medicine and has received further
training from Bowman-Gray School of Medicine. He is board
certified in family practice, holds a masters degree in
community health, a certificate of added qualification in
geriatrics, and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical
Fraternity. Dr. Walker was named "West Virginia Professor
of the Year" in 1989 and was recognized as a "Distinguished
West Virginian" by Governor Caperton in 1996. He has
served as an advisor to the U.S. Congress in rural health
and has won numerous awards for teaching and community service.
Dr. Walker has authored many journal articles and book chapters.
He has
special interests in rural health, medical zoology and parasitology and epidemiology. |

George McKay, MD
Dr. McKay completed his undergraduate degree at Ohio Dominican
College, Columbus, OH and received his medical degree from
Marshall University. Post graduate training was completed
with the Department of Internal Medicine, Marshall University
School of Medicine, where he was president of the Internal
Medicine Residency Association. Presently Dr. McKay is the
director of the Emergency Medicine Department at Lincoln
Primary Care Center and serves as a clinical professor at
Lincoln Primary Care Center, Hamlin, WV. |

Christina Signs, PA-C
Ms. Signs completed her bachelors and masters degrees at
Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She worked in Roanoke,
VA before moving to West Virginia and becoming a member
of the provider staff at Lincoln Primary Care Center as
well as the provider for the Wildcat Center for Health in
Pleasant View, WV and the Yellow Jacket Center for Health
in Griffithsville, WV. |

Michael Grome, PA-C
Mr. Grome has practiced at Lincoln Primary Care Center
as a certified Physician Assistant licensed with the West
Virginia Board of Medicine since 1986. He obtained his Bachelor’s
degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and his
Physician Assistant degree from Kettering College of Medical
Arts in Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Grome served as a member and committee
chairman on the West Virginia Board of Medicine from 1992
through 1998. He has additional training to administer pulmonary
function testing and mental status tests during regular
office hours at LPCC. His personal interests outside of
work include Fly Fishing and making maple syrup in the early
springtime. |

Pamella W. Frye, RNC-NP, CDE
Mrs. Frye obtained her Registered Nurse’s degree
from University of Charleston, Charleston, West Virginia
and her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certificate
from Planned Parenthood Nurse Practitioners Program of Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. She is also a certified Diabetes Educator. |
