About Lincoln Primary Care Center
Since 1975
Lincoln Primary
Care Center is located in Hamlin, Lincoln County, West Virginia. It
first opened in 1975 in a vacant grocery store. In 1990
the center moved into a new, modern facility and provides comprehensive
medical care with particular emphasis on the family. It
has expanded to provide a wide range of services including patient
transport service by the Health Net helicopter, as well as more
traditional health services.

Care Center has a qualified staff of Physicians, Pediatricians,
Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurse, Registered
Dietician, Licensed Practical
Nurses,
Medical Assistants, Lab Technician, X-ray Technician, Exercise
Physiologist, Certified Diabetic Educator, Community Health Educator,
and a Social Worker.
To complement the qualified
time staff, there are specialists from a wide range of fields
that make regular visits to the center for referrals. These
